ON-SITE SURVEY

This is the beginning of the design stage.  We explore, measure and photograph the existing home conditions.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

After considering the zoning and building codes, the fun begins.  We draw schematic designs so you can see and consider the possibilities.

CONSTRUCTION QUOTE

We make itemized working specifications, realistic allowances, and present the cost quote for construction.

DESIGN STAGE

STEP SEVEN
SIGN THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

After the details are figured out and any revisions completed, it’s time to sign a fixed cost written contract. Financing is arranged.

Construction drawings are rendered and building permit process started.

Final drawings are approved.  Selections are reviewed. Schedules are discussed and job-site access is arranged.

Special orders are placed.  Material deliveries begin, man power Is allocated and work is under way.  Budget, quality and schedule are managed.

Final building permit inspections are finished. Final walk thru with you is done. Final payment is made.  Warranty period begins.

An Overview of Our Design Build Process
